SellableHQ Privacy Policy

SellableHQ processes merchant store data required to compute channel available-to-sell: products, variants, inventory quantities/states, locations, and order identifiers/channel signals. We do not store customer personal information beyond what Shopify sends in mandatory compliance webhooks for fulfillment of data requests.
What we collect
- Shop domain and offline access token (encrypted at rest by host)
- Inventory items, locations, quantities, and app ledger history
- Order IDs and B2B vs DTC channel flags (no customer PII retained)
- Billing plan status via Shopify Billing API
How we use data
Solely to provide inventory policy, publishing, reconcile, alerts, and support. We do not sell merchant data.
Retention
Shop data (including audit events) is deleted after reserved and safety holds are released back to available — always on uninstall and before shop/redact deletion. If hold release fails, data is retained until Shopify retries succeed so reserved stock is not stranded.
